Clients usually have a great deal of difficulty falling to sleep after the detox process. This often leads to being up very late then sleeping in very late and the cycle and pattern just repeats over and over again. This is why a lot of drug rehab treatment programs get clients up early and have a curfew and bedtime before midnight.
