Sobriety and Sleep

One of the most difficult steps for clients in the drug and alcohol rehab process is changing their sleep pattern.  Clients usually have a great deal of difficulty falling to sleep after the detox process.  This often leads to being up very late then sleeping in very late and the cycle and pattern just repeats over and over again.  This is why a lot of drug rehab treatment programs get clients up early and have a curfew and bedtime before midnight.

Our free relapse prevention workbook has a chapter dedicated to this very problem.  Looking for ideas on how to get you sleep pattern back to normal?  Just doadload our free workbook and follow the simple exercises.  Quality sleep and sobriety go hand in hand.
