We have all made changes in our lives. So we know it is possible. How did you change in the past? What did you do? Do you have to be forced to change? Do you change for things you want? Do you change to avoid painful things?
If you look at how you have changed previously, you can use that to help you change what you want to change today. Sobriety is a habit like any other, except it won’t happen by accident. Everyone has added things to their life and removed things. Just look for the clues and use those tools to help you move past drugs and alcohol.
